- Provide property information sheets on all homes listed for sale within the price range and description you want.
- Show you any home that you are interested in at mutually agreeable times.
- Advise as to advantages and disadvantages of purchasing homes that you view.
- Assist you in estimating the market value of homes that are of interest to you.
- Prepare offers and counter offers in your best interest.
- Use our best efforts to negotiate the optimum price and terms for you.
